Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide

Currently our shipper is New Zealand Post with a choice of Air or Economy.

Shipping charges are based on the accumulated weight of the total order and are

sent out next day. Very occasionally there may be a delay of a few days when

we are out on location filming one of our projects. When this happens we will let you

know by letting you know we are away on the Home page.

Import Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the

package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance

must be borne by you. It is however unlikely additional import duty will

be imposed for personal orders.

Comm Media Ltd has no control over these charges and

cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely

from country to country; you should contact your

local customs office for further information.
